How do i book a single session (any service)
Simply find the service you want either group training or recovery and follow the single session option and book using the calendar for a time and date that suits you. Your session will then be on your account under "my appointments"
How do i book a single session from a package?
Once you have purchased your package from any service, this is automatically added to your account. To redeem a session from your package follow the steps for booking a single session of your chosen service and book online using the calendar. Upon booking your package quantity will update to reflect the booked session, this can be repeated for all future bookings.
How long does each package last for?
packages last for 6 months, after this time your balance will reset to zero.
Can non members use the bistro?
Absolutely, anyone is welcome to come for coffee and cake you don’t need to be a member or purchase any services to use the bistro
Is there an open gym space to use?
Access to our PT studio is only available to people having 1:1 personal training sessions. please contact us to for more information about 1:1 coaching.
How do i book a PT session?
Personal trainers operate on a self employed basis within the facility. To book a session please email enquiries@thewinningculture.co.uk and we will pass your details over to one of the trainers - Alternatively you can contact any of our personal trainers through their social media pages via the meet our team section of the PT Studio page.
What are you opening hours?
We’re open Monday-Friday 6am-8pm and Saturday 7am-2pm
What notice do i need to cancel a service or group training session.
We require 12 hours notice for cancellations of group training or recovery sessions in order to reschedule / re-credit your account. We also ask that you arrive 5 minutes before your class in order to be set up with your polar wrist strap, anyone arriving after the class has started will be not be granted access and the session lost. You can reschedule any booking up to 2hrs before your session time.
Please also note if you are more than 10 minutes late for any recovery session we will not be able to proceed as this will affect the following appointment.
Can i buy a polar sensor or bring my own?
we have polar wrist straps and sensors available for purchase through the facility, please speak to our receptionist for more information. Alternatively you can bring your own sensor to use during group training, please ask our receptionist to connect your sensor before the class is due to start.
How Do I cancel my membership subscription?
All membership subscriptions are subject to a minimum 3 month term. After this period if you wish to cancel your subscription please visit reception and we will assist you
