Our state of the art group training studio is equipped with everything you’ll need to drive you towards unlocking your potential. We’re proud to provide a home for motivated, driven and determined individuals looking to challenge themselves. Every member of our community is provided with a heart rate strap to monitor and encourage progression ensuring your get the  most from every session.

How does it work ?

We offer a wide range of group training classes everyday. to access these classes you can book via a "single session", "session package" or via a membership. to view what specific group training class is happing at what time please look on our booking calendar when booking on the right hand side to see your instructor and which class they are hosting. for any more questions please press the  enquire now button below.
